As it’s your business, you’ll reap the rewards of your hard work quickly.
What does being your own boss mean? It will undoubtedly mean lots of hard work and effort, however this will be off-set by job satisfaction and potentially high earnings, along with freedom to work when you choose.
A Totallymoving estate and property franchise will give you the chance to build and run your own profitable business without the hassle normally associated with starting and running a small business, how do we do this? This is achieved by our having created a low cost start-up model and a business that has low running costs (compared to traditional High Street Agency models).
The day-to-day running of a business can involve marketing, accounts, business development and seemingly endless paperwork. The Totallymoving business model helps deal with this by having software and support systems to help you deal with these quickly and effectively.
The Totallymoving business model provides you, as an independent owner and operator with the freedom to run and develop your own business along with the help you need being just a phone call or online conference call away. Add to this the buying power and shared learning opportunities that come with being part of a national franchise network, and we believe our package provides everything you need to be a success in your new business.
Whilst you are your own boss, being self-employed, and as such have the flexibility to work when you choose it’s worth noting that this opportunity is not a part-time role, it will require you to be prepared to work hard to be a success.
So what can you expect to earn? As mentioned the potential is only limited by your motivation, but as a guide we believe that a year one OTE of circa £50,000 pre-tax profit is achievable.
As a Totallymoving agent you can choose where you work, whether that be a small office or working from home, the choice is yours. Our systems and processes facilitate remote working from anywhere (even whilst on holiday abroad) and as such the decision you need to make is what works best for you?
In addition to the physical work you’ll have to do to earn money, there’s also a number of automatic fee earning opportunities we’ve created, such as a 50/50 share of fees earned from referral quotes, UWDC fees, local affiliate links, etc… As such there is the potential to earn a significant monthly residual income, along with the day-to-day fees from the management and sale of property.
